The Terramar Beach Community Improvement Association (TBCIA) is located on the West End of Galveston Island, Texas. We're a tranquil community of approximately 590 single family homes and offer an abundance of outdoor recreational activities, a family-friendly environment, great restaurants, marinas, parks, nature trails and more! Our deed restricted neighborhood offers beach, canal, bayside, and dry lots to residents who appreciate our relaxed atmosphere both year-round and seasonally.
